WATERTITETM Mold & Mildew-Proof Waterproofing Paint is a revolutionary advance in sealing basements and masonry surfaces – a sealer guaranteed to keep water out and keep mold and mildew away for a minimum of five years.

WATERTITE has a unique oil-base formula that combines a state-of-the-art waterproofing resin with Portland cement to create a coating that stops up to 34lbs psi of water pressure. It also contains a mildewcide to prevent the growth of mold and mildew for a minimum of five years after application, making it great for basements and other masonry surfaces where mold and mildew can be problematic.

WATERTITE features an ultra low odor formula that has even less odor than latex paint. It adheres to any interior or exterior masonry surface, above and below grade and is formulated to prevent recurring efflorescence on concrete and cinder block.

PERMA GUARD Mold & Mildew-ProofTM* Interior Sealer is a high performance latex acrylic clear interior sealer that is GUARANTEED to prevent the growth of mold & mildew on the coating film for FIVE YEARS. It combines EPA-registered mildewcides with Zinsser’s proprietary 100% acrylic resin system to create a coating formulated to withstand the extreme conditions faced by mold remediation and disaster restoration professionals.

PERMA-GUARD passes severe ASTM D5590 and D3273 testing and is extremely effective in preventing the growth of mold & mildew - even when the coating film re-wets. PERMA-GUARD, which is non-corrosive to metal, produces a tough, durable finish that resists moisture to improve the water resistance of wood, concrete and drywall, minimizing surface water absorption under wet conditions.

PERMA-GUARD is ideal for use on interior wall cavities, trusses, frame and interior side OSB lumber, unfinished cement block basements and other new or previously painted substrates – new or painted drywall, wood, cured plaster and masonry or metal. Formulated to meet the needs of remediation and restoration professionals, it is also ideal for protecting building materials against the growth of mold & mildew in new construction or remodeling projects.

PERMA-WHITE has proven its effectiveness against mold and mildew growth on the paint film in severe independent laboratory tests (including ASTM 5590 and 3273) when exposed to combined strains of the most common and problem-causing mold and mildew spores in today’s environment.

PERMA-WHITE, Mold & Mildew-Proof Interior Paint protects itself against the damaging effects of unsightly mold and mildew as it brightens and beautifies ceilings, walls, trim and other related paintable interior surfaces for years.

It is specifically designed to withstand the harsh conditions of high-humidity and mildew-prone areas in Residential, Commercial and Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) Remediation environments. PERMA-WHITE is made from premium latex acrylic resins to produce a washable, blister-proof, and stain-resistant finish. It is self-priming and will adhere to any sound surface. It bonds to existing oil base or glossy paints – even Formica and ceramic tile – without sanding.

PERMA-WHITE also seals flat paint, new drywall, cement block and concrete. It is ideal for bathrooms, basements, locker rooms, laundry rooms, hotel guest rooms, kitchens, closets, etc - any area where conditions of persistent high humidity, frequent temperature changes and poor air circulation may promote mold and mildew growth and cause deterioration of the paint film.

Microban Disinfectant Spray Plus

This is a broad spectrum disinfectant used against most bacteria, fungus, mildew and odors caused by bacteria and germs. It is a water-based, nonflammable bactericide, fungicide, deodorant, antimicrobial. One application kills bacteria and odors and provides long lasting residual protection.

With its safe active ingredients, Microban is suitable for application to a wide range of materials and surfaces. While strong enough to destroy harmful disease causing microorganisms, it is gentle enough to be applied to delicate textiles, carpets, rugs, antiques, bedding and mattresses.
